How to organize VLAN in the office (Cisco + HPE)?

Good day, I ask you to help me figure out the vlan organization in the office network. What we have:

Cisco RV320 yf router on which I created subnets:

  1. MGMT 10.100.5.0/24 VLAN 5 - DHCP OFF - ports Untagged / Inter VLAN Routing - enable
  2. LAN 10.100.10.0/24 VLAN 10 - DHCP ON (10.100.10.20 - 254) - port Tagged / Inter VLAN Routing - enable
  3. VoIP 10.100.20.0/24 VLAN 20 - DHCP ON (10.100.20.10 - 254) - port Tagged / Inter VLAN Routing - enable
  4. WiFi 10.100.30.0/24 VLAN 30 - DHCP ON (10.100.30.10 - 254) - port Tagged / Inter VLAN Routing - disable

HPE 1820 48G Switch :
Edited trunk (TRK1) as follows:
  1. Trunk Name: Cisco
  2. Admin Mode: Enabled
  3. STP Mode: Disabled
  4. Static Mode: Enabled
  5. Load Balance: Source/Destination MAC. VLAN Ethertype incoming port
  6. In members, add the port that is connected to the router, the status has changed to Up

On VMware ESX Server (server connected to a switch):
  1. Created a port group with VLAN20
  2. Assigned a group to a virtual machine with a telephony server
  3. I start the server and I can not get an IP address from DHCP

Actually what is the question. Where did I screw up?
