It is necessary to organize a cyclic broadcast of certain videos (for 30 minutes), then from the Rossiya24 TV channel (an hour or two), then repeat, and so on all day. Output either to a TV or to a computer with Windows connected to a TV, neither has been bought yet, we are considering options. I have no experience in this topic at all, tell me how to be?

The Wowza media server and its Scheduled Streaming add-on are installed. With it, you can set the schedule of broadcasts of any kind. Well, for the output, you can make any protocol to choose from, which your TV can do - DASH, HLS, etc.

What prevents you from uploading the necessary files to a USB flash drive, cat. connect to a TV and broadcast it - a minimum investment.
I’ll answer the question right away: if you need to stretch the display of 2 5-minute videos for an hour, and only then start recording from the TV channel, make 10 copies of these videos and set up a queue.
