How to organize user testing in Bitrix?

Please tell me how to organize testing on the site for users? Let's say there are 10 multiple choice questions, each question has one correct answer. After answering all questions, the user is shown the percentage of correct answers.
I'm racking my brains on how to organize this in the admin panel .., tell me in which direction to think.
It is also very important that you need to save the results of the answers (or at least the final percentage) with the user.
