How to organize the voice acting of the office?

Plays the same music throughout the office
Each office has a separate volume control
Each person can quickly make quieter / louder or even turn off in his office.
Music plays without dependence on the computer of one of the employees.
I thought about the option of speakers with a built-in solo 6c amplifier and each with a remote control.
But I don’t know how best to organize the switching of the sound source with the inputs of several speakers. The distance from the source to the farthest column will be about 20 meters.
Perhaps there are preamps with multiple outputs for such purposes?
Or ready-made voice systems for the office.
Of course you want to fit in a reasonable budget.

Here's how I'll imagine that you need to pull the cable (signal + power output somewhere), place speakers, regulators .. Ideally, with a control protocol from a smartphone, otherwise the volume control is somewhere on the wall - it's also the convenience of quick control. A separate remote control is also not much joy, especially when it is lost in the office, and the sound must be turned off right now.
Maybe I'm too lazy, but I would put everything (if there is a common local network) on network broadcasting, using the existing network for transmission. Let everyone turn on a common local station from their computer, which either runs on the server if available, or is pulled from an external network where their own Internet radio station is raised.
If the admin gets up in a pose and does not give a network for such purposes (the load is decent if the office is large), then a USB-FM transmitter and each receiver in the office. From the transmitter, broadcast your own at a certain frequency, again from a server. Well, either choose one that inserts a memory card and broadcasts its contents. A couple of repeaters and coverage will be perfect in any corner. At the same time, everyone will have the freedom to choose what to include, firstly, and secondly, the freedom to choose a receiver - even catch a phone, even a music center.
Exclusively IMHO, but a separate system with dedicated amplifiers, complex switching and a bunch of complexities does not fit into a reasonable budget and will be redundant in advance. Well, you probably already asked the price of ready-made systems. Homemade will not be much cheaper. A public address system for the office is not enough for a normal sound. Everyone will come, immediately turn off this violin and turn on their own.
In other words, I would transfer only the data itself, and leave processing and playback (including volume) on the client side (a personal PC of a particular user, a personal radio, a personal phone, etc.)

You can take "Raspberry" (raspberry pi) and place it next to the speakers. File server for music and web interface on mpd/xmms2. If the sound quality from the built-in output does not suit you, there is always a USB sound box.
There are various kinds of Internet radio

Quality is not equal to a reasonable budget.
Ceiling speakers from 2-3 thousand rubles. apiece, plus an amp for 2-4 speakers for 8 thousand rubles.
For example, for one room, a set of amp + 2 speakers is already 10-11 thousand rubles.
This will solve the issue with volume control.
The player is a separate issue, you can think of it yourself.
Well, somewhere in half of the resulting amount is still thrown on the cable.
