How to organize the "tags" field with multiple selection and auto-completion as you type in Libre Office Base?

I want to create tables like:

I want to understand if there is any convenient mechanism in Libre Offise Base for the simplest and fastest creation of fields like "genres" or "tags", (in short tags) which imply the storage of several tags, separated by something, and even so that when they are added were taken from the previously entered ones, it was then possible to filter the data using them, make selections and all that. Wouldn't it be nice if if there were no "previously entered" tags in the list, such a tag, after manual entry, would be added where it should be (fill up the list of previously entered ones)?
