How to organize the storage of pictures for the next 5 years?

You run a LiveJournal blog (for example), but where would you put all the pictures so that they are available?
1. I kind of read the agreement and asked a question in the technical support of Yandex.photos and they answered that you can store it without restriction until the service closes and if they do not violate copyrights and they are politely asked to be deleted.
2. I was offered to start mail on Yandex every time, so that there was Yandex.disk , doropbox , similar services. you can insert pictures from them.
Yandex photo is closer to me, are there any solutions to the problem without buying hosting?

No one is immune from trouble with third-party network services, even with eminent ones. So I have a rule - I carry everything with me. Namely, I have my own server at home based on QNAP TS-420 with 16 terabytes on board. I store all multimedia, games, torrents, everything there. For reliability of data safety - with RAID1. And I advise you. And to agree with the provider on a permanent IP is not a problem. Actually, this is what enthusiasts do when they open their "small home" network resources.

if you store it, then it ’s more likely that it won’t disappear, but you can’t just insert it into the site,
and you can just upload it to the blogger, there’s your own storage

Well, use Yandex.
And keep a copy on Dropbox, for example.
A copy is required.
And better - 2.
On different services.

Of course, it is more reliable to store everything “at home” so that this does not happen by accident . For heavy loads, distribute content via CDN.
For example, I store pictures for one of my sites on https://imgd.ru (pah-pah, everything is stable), but copies are always with me.
