How to organize the process of shooting, recording and storing photos for an online store?
Hello friends.
The essence of my question is the following. There is an online store operating on the basis of a network of offline stores. The product is unique, we do the photo for the catalog ourselves. The problem is in the quantity of goods - about 5 thousand items. As a result, the process of accounting for already captured and processed material becomes somewhat more complicated. I would like to know, perhaps there is some kind of knurled methodology for this process, some software solutions that allow you to keep a reliable and convenient account of photos. In general, you need the ability to find any photo at any time by article, name or name of the supplier, or, conversely, identify the product by photo.
I would be grateful if someone shares their experience in this.

Probably not in the public, it's not difficult, you have the date in the meta photos, the article will have to be added to each photo manually when uploading from the camera to the disk. Then we go through the folder with the photo with a special program written for you to order (meet 500 rubles), it takes the date and article numbers of the photos, puts them in xml / json / txt, then upload all the photos to the server in one folder, the php script parses the text, puts everything in the database. All you have is the ability to search by the date of shooting, articles and any other attributes that you fill in for the photos. You can probably put it in any 1Sku without a web server.

All data can be registered in EXIF and IPTC photos during photo processing.
This is how I mark photos for clients and for myself.
Lightroom has the ability to search by keyword, which makes it easy to search and select.
Also, then EXIF and IPTC can be read using PHP and systematized on the site.
