How to organize the process of sending out a commercial offer and not get into the spam list?
Good afternoon!
It is necessary to make a mailing to the corporate addresses of 100 companies, as a rule, these are large banks of the Russian Federation.
The content of the letter contains a request for information and a proposal for cooperation, an attached file with the documents of my company.
The mailing will be carried out from corporate e-mail, but (!) through the hosting's internal mail interface (mail.hc.ru).
Question - what is the probability of getting into spam?
How best to organize the process, and what steps to take to achieve the effectiveness of mailing delivery?

First, determine if the hoster has limits on sending emails;
100 addresses is not much, you can use 25 every hour - one of the hostings came across such limits
. The probability of getting into spam is low with the volume of 100 letters.
Or a more reliable option:
I advise you to register with the mailing service and enter the addresses into the mailing list. there are free tariffs for such a volume - you will find it in Google, unisender or analogues (but better not unisender - they do not give statistics), up to 2000 letters.
Be sure to link to unsubscribe and remove from the mailing list.
Good luck!
100 letters, really not such a large number, you can send 20 and see how the delivery is going. At the same time, make sure that there are no words or any links in the letters that can alert the mail servers. If you need to constantly send such letters, it is better to use the mailing service, connect your domain to it, register SPF and DKIM. So it will be more reliable, plus you can track the statistics for each sent address (delivered or not / opened / read / clicked).
