How to deal with spam on instagram?
Last week they started spamming a commercial account on Instagram by creating group direct messages. They create a "PROMOTION" group and add massively random accounts there, including ours. 60-100 such correspondences are created per day - each by a unique bot that does not make contact. The spammer's contact information is also missing. It greatly interferes with working with real clients, in addition, spam messages create garbage transactions when uploaded to CRM. How to fight? Complained about spam manually, the effect is minimal.

No wonder they eat their own bread, what can I say.
Apparently you have a top account (or some post) for some keys, which is why it so often gets into the spammers' selection again and again.
If it doesn’t ban automatically, then do nothing, complain and wait until they are calculated on Instagram or their advertising campaign passes.
if your CRM / upload script, then it is obvious to make your own filter by keywords and not create garbage.
If not yours, then write to the developers with the same question.
