How to organize the import of dictionaries not from sd?

Faced a problem. There are a number of "Offline Dictionary" applications that support the dsl format I need (Linguistic Dictionary). But it is not at all clear how to import them. Those. The official instructions say something like "Just copy the dictionaries to the sdcard / dicname / import folder" and they miraculously import themselves. But I don't have a sd card... I tried several solutions:
1) I downloaded a dictionary from the standard interface (I wanted to see where it would be saved), but I couldn't find it after.
2) I tried to create sdcard/dicname/import folders of varying degrees of nesting. I was not allowed to create one. This is not one file manager that sees them (that is, in fact, they are not on the phone).
Can anyone come across this?

In the GoldenDict dictionary , you can specify any additional directory (including from the device itself) with dictionaries.
