How to organize streaming video on an android device?

Good time of the day!
We have a showroom that sells TVs, tablets and mobile phones
- we also have an i5 server, an 8GB-RAM GTX video card with nVidia shield & streaming functions, as well as an AC1750 Wi-Fi router operating at 2.4GHz -450Mbps and 5GHz-1300Mbps, total 1.75Gbps
OBJECTIVE; - on a local Wi-Fi network, ensure the "distribution" of a high-definition commercial on all screens of android devices simultaneously and in full screen mode, and each device has already processed the picture with its internal resources, depending on the screen resolution.
Please tell me how to properly organize the "distribution" of the video to all devices?
- maybe it is necessary to add something from iron or download additional applications?
Thank you.

In general, open a folder on the server for reading and launch the players on all devices

You can put a media server class software on the server so that it distributes streams in formats understandable to devices in live broadcasting mode. Most likely, most of them will understand HLS - distribute videos in it. Or run VLC on all devices and play via RTMP - but probably TVs won't be able to handle it, and HLS or MPEG-DASH will go there.
