Good day. I would like to ask knowledgeable people. In general, there is a 3g modem. SIM card (no matter which operator). It costs Debian 8. So, with the help of what software or utilities can you organize SMS mailings? Let's say I need to create an address book, a small template at the end of the SMS, and in some way so that the modem sends the necessary SMS to everyone from the list.
