How to organize several VPS on one real server?
There is a real server in the data center. It has debian on it. How can you organize several virtual VPS servers on it, so that each would have its own operating system, its own root access?
Can you tell me what programs are there for this or read literature on this topic where?

proxmox , on debian it is just completely installed (but it’s better to install from scratch, it’s less problems and it’s installed in ten minutes)
Included is a convenient socket and KVM, OpenVZ containers.
I keep one at home, in KVM Windows, in OpenVZ the Ubuntu Zoo.
It seems that there are even a bunch of instructions on how to put it on Hetzner step by step (if the machine is there).
For developers - it is possible (not without some crutches) to integrate with Vagrant.
KVM - a set of virtual machines will be - https://wiki.debian.org/KVM
Docker - a set of containers will be - https://wiki.debian.org/Docker

Ah, well, yes, there will also be XEN - a set of virtual machines will be - https://wiki.debian.org/Xen
Well, something like this...
In production, we use www.ispsystem.ru/software/vmmanager
Paid, but as an alternative to manual configuration or a strange proxmox, it is worth considering.

Something like this.
container technology - OpenVZ .
installation in debian - download.openvz.org/debian

After testing all kinds of virtualization systems, I settled on Proxmox.
Installed in 10 minutes, works smartly, the control system through any browser, you can KVM and OpenVZ in one bottle.
