How to organize scanning of documents to a remote computer?

There is a task: to scan documents to a remote computer.
You need to find a solution with the lowest cost and get away from depending on the computer to which the scanner is connected.
Are there any budget MFP/scanner options with RJ45 or Wi-Fi?

Kyocera ECOSYS M2535dn
Or equivalents.
Sending to the mail, to the ball or to FTP is configured.
You can set multiple profiles.
Perhaps there is a cheaper model. With the same features.

Depending on how budget a scanner is needed, in any case, it is better to find an MFP with the corresponding functions. At one time, the issue was solved differently at one time, a cheap MFP that didn’t even have a network connected to one of the workplaces, smartphones were connected to the network and from them it was possible to “press a button” in the application, because there wasn’t one on it either, by scanning and laying on the ball was engaged in the background application at the same workplace.

Here you are attached to Kyocer-am! They have their own problems!
The most correct option is an MFP with RJ45 . There are many options from different manufacturers - you need to look and compare. It is important to pay attention, as mentioned above, to the functionality of scanning over a network without a PC (to mail, or to a ball, or to a USB drive)!
PS: The same Kyocer had a model that scanned over the network, BUT when connected via USB and on. PC - some kind of cast!
