How to organize scanning from a network MFP/scanner to a folder located in SharePoint Office 365 (Windows 365)?

Good day to all! Attention long post! Many letters!
I am setting up work in a brand new office on old equipment using very interesting solutions: they are new to me, because I have never done this before.
In short: We transfer all the work to the Office 365 cloud (it’s new for me), set up the equipment (computers), created accounts, set up security, organized work in Sharepoint groups, and so on.
But work on computers is not limited to work, employees still need to print documents and scan documents.
There are no problems with printing. But with scanning there are significant snags.
What we have: Several Kyocera M2640idw MFPs - a very good machine, except for some nuances.
What we need to do: Implement scanning. so that through "send" the file falls into a specific folder in SharePoint directly from the scanner interface.
This printer model (and kyocera as a whole) does not have its own capabilities.
I made a crutch solution: I started a separate account for the printer, and accordingly configured it according to this account. I entered my own mailing address into the address book. Then I went to the Microsoft Flow snap-in (Microsoft power automate) and made the flow setting there: When I receive a letter from the addressee "scanner" -----> I copy the attachment to the "sharepoint folder". (for printers, you can put different signatures, respectively, I made 3 streams sorted by signatures, each stream puts the file in a separate folder)
I would love to add to the thread deleting a letter from the mail, but the thread sometimes fails and does not work (this is very rare, so I will most likely add it, because the mail gets clogged at the moment.).
And everything seems to work great, but it's still a crutch solution. And you need something lighter, more elegant and flexible. T.K. I have several departments that scan from the same printer, but they should not see each other's files, and this setting does not allow this.
I thought you can organize ftp on sharepoint - but no, you can't.
SMB is also not an option - it's too much trouble to set up on each computer (and we don't have a server) with good turnover and a distributed office.
Scanning to everyone's personal mail is also not an option.

There are several solutions here:
1. Replacing the MFP fleet. (Now there are at least HP and Brother MFPs that can scan documents directly to Sharepoint)
2. Buying a separate scanner with Sharepoint scanning functions (but there is a catch: there are quite a few of them: with Sharepoint scanning functions, I found only Brother scanners that they cost like an MFP and even more expensive.)

And the first 1 point seems to me the most correct, but the authorities are clamping down on funding, but at the same time they require a "correct" and not a crutch solution.

Therefore, item 3 appears:
3. Setting up scanning on the Kyocera 2640idw MFP is not a "crutch", to different Sharepoint folders from the scanner interface, which is where I ask you for help, dear experts!

What prevents to do at least 2 things:
1. on the computer where the scanner hangs or on the ball to create a service program that monitors the folder and sends everything to the Sharepoint library.
2. Set up the library to receive mail and send all scans to this email address?

@Buzzz

You can create an implementation using CSOM that will sync folders with SharePoint Online, or as mentioned earlier, configure Incoming Email in the document library, but this only works for Exchange Online.
