How to organize routing of three remote desktops through two different Internet connections in the office?

Hello, task:
Assign different Internet access routes for three remote desktops within the same machine, through two different Internet connections in the office.
Number of providers: Two
Provider the first Megaline: dsl signal, PPoE protocol, modem equipment with a router (we periodically change so that the settings should be universal).
Provider of the second Beeline: L2TP protocol via wan port. (I assembled a router on socket 370 of Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition x86, two network cards, one RLan1 looks at the provider, the other RLan2 looks at the internal switch).
Machine:
OS Windows 8 x64
network card: one CLan1
Beeline's main Internet through it is connected to one remote table.
The other two remote tables must work through the Megaline provider, the route is shorter than 4 transitions and there are practically no brakes.
