AFAIK, no way. When connecting for the first time, a temporary license is issued to the device, when reconnecting during the validity of a temporary license, a permanent license is issued if there is a free one. A permanent license should be released after a period of non-use, but this is not always the case in practice. License renewal occurs automatically upon connection in the last week of the validity period.
You can completely reset the licenses, you need to stop the licensing service, delete the C:\WINDOWS\system32\LServer\TLSLic.edb file, start the service, reactivate the license server and the licenses themselves.
