Greetings. Tell me if there is any software for capturing video from an ip-camera and recording to cloud storage based on Openstack Swift. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Option 1. Receive a stream, write to a local disk, send from it to the cloud using stacksync.org
Option 2. If there is Cinder in the cloud, make a block device in it and connect it via iscsi to a virtual machine (in the same cloud), in which the video capture software is running.
