How to organize project structure in pug?

Building projects

At the moment I have:

pug
---- includes (папка) <-- тут блоки по бэму пишу
---- mixins (папка) <-- тут миксины 
-- base.pug <-- тут базовая страница

How is it more correct to assemble blocks in pug, I do it through include, but what is the best way?
Anyone with experience please share.

Folder with layouts, folder with pages, folder with blocks
The blocks themselves are mixins, there are only inclusions on the pages
