How can I apply a py script?

How can I apply (convert) a .py script to an .exe? It is not the usual dull packaging that can be opened through RAR, but a complete compilation into an exe, where will there be an opportunity to obfuscate to view the code? I heard about Cython, it completely crashed with it, even though I did it right.
