How to organize payments to individuals?

Good afternoon!
Let's say there is an Internet service, which is a platform for the provision of services by some individuals to other individuals, as well as mutual settlements between them. Payments are accepted through the aggregator, which in turn sends funds to the settlement account of LLC (USN 6%) - the owner of this service.
How, bypassing work under agency contracts, to pay individuals their remuneration without paying taxes and contributions for them (PFR, FSS). Shadow schemes are excluded.
There must be white schemes, otherwise how do such services as fl.ru , sape.ru , pravoved.ru , etc. work?

You want to do dirty work under a white contract)
You can do everything if the clients are not citizens of your country.
If it is from your country, you are required to pay tax in the amount in which it is agreed in the law for Internet resources.

The only white option in my opinion in this situation is to simply remain silent about the existence of clients as such.

as an option - the obligatory registration of a physical person as an individual entrepreneur, and let him pay his own tax. no other way.
In the SAPE system, the burden of paying the commission falls not only on the shoulders of the optimizer, but is evenly divided between webmasters and optimizers. As a result, participation in the system for the optimizer and webmaster costs 10% of the money spent and earned, respectively. The commission is deducted from the optimizer daily with a positive check of the link placement in the amount of 10% of the daily cost of placement. The commission is also debited from the webmaster on a daily basis at the time the funds are credited to the account. - read on the floor.
10x3 - that's taxes.

Make payments under civil law contracts for some services (you need to study your activities in more detail in order to answer accurately). Under such agreements, payments are subject to personal income tax only.
It is worth noting that if your turnover is small and you are in the simplified tax system of 6%, then you will not fall under any kind of check, that is, the risks of receiving additional taxes are minimal.
