copy existing certificates
cp /var/www/httpd-cert/www-root/domain.ru.crt /usr/local/mgr5/etc/manager.crt
cp /var/www/httpd-cert/ www-root/domain.ru.key /usr/local/mgr5/etc/manager.key
and restarted ihttpd
PS domain.ru.crt and domain.ru.key name of your certificates and keys.
