How to organize NGNIX broadcasting on a web form?

Greetings to those in the know. I want to build my own online broadcast server on NGNIX.
I figured out how to set up the server and output the player to the web resource.
All stream translations, in the examples that I have met, are performed through third-party software.
I want to start broadcasting from a web page, where the main tool will be a web camera, send the stream to the server and view it on the player using another link.

Actually, I did not find a detailed explanation of how to start a stream from the web. Perhaps someone can share their experience, and poke a finger where to dig.
