How to specify your RTMP stream in Youtube?

I have my own RTMP stream. I want to slip it on YouTube so that it broadcasts it. I don't know where to put this stream?
Searched here: Creative studio / Live broadcasts / Set up a video decoder, but it looks like this is a YouTube rtmp url and cannot be edited. I also searched here: "Schedule a new broadcast", but there are no urls at all.
Where is it configured?

Nowhere, you need software to broadcast to YouTube ffmpeg/xsplit/obs
