Can you please tell me how to organize the following scenario, ideally with the ability to scale horizontally? 1. When purchasing a service from a company, a
list of companies is formed that offer services similar in some predetermined parameters, the initial seller company is at the top of the list
in the list (appears in the list of pending applications in the company's personal account), and so on until there is a company that agrees to satisfy the application.
In other words, how can you store lists with timers well?
