How to organize load testing of video hosting?

Guys, there was such a problem.
The client wants to get video hosting for streaming to a mobile application. The files are videos with a bitrate of 3.8 Mbps. Channel - 100 Mbit.
There is a backend that can give a link to the stream, the content itself is given by nginx with a module for mp4.
Now everything seems to be working on 3-4 devices from different parts of the world, but there is a confident opinion that if there are much more customers, by about an order of magnitude or two, then everything will collapse very quickly. It seems that the client agrees that the channel can be raised to 1 Gbit, but I would like real certainty with how everything will behave under load. Does anyone have experience or a link to an article on how to do it right in this case, otherwise we are dealing with highload for the first time? Thank you.

@sim3x

It doesn't smell like a highload here
100/4 = 25
It's enough to take the same server nearby and run 30 clients there
