How to organize HLS translation using Apache2?

I'm streaming video from OBS to the site. Apache is installed on the server, on the site I use playerjs
OBS connects to the host and sends the video to the server, but when I try to get the video I get a 404 Error.
playerjs.js:6 GET mydomain/hls/test.m3u8 404 (Not Found)
