How to organize goods in a small online store?
I work as a content manager in one online store. The shop sells men's clothing and accessories. My task was simple, they gave me a website/price list - pictures and upload them to the website. Update availability, change price, delete products or swap products so the link doesn't change.
They called me to the office to personally check the presence of all the butterflies by eye, then compared with the presence on the site, updated the availability on the site, found which butterflies were not in stock and removed them from the site, then those that are in stock, but not on the site, you need change or add to the site. But there is another trick, either the product is stupidly not and will not be, then you can replace it, or the product will be delivered soon, but it is not available yet. Or they brought in a product that seems to be no more and will not be. The main problem is that the goods do not have articles and you have to look for everything by eye. Therefore, reconciliation by articles can not be done.
Is there a way to organize all this in order to spend less time on it?

If everything is so bad, then just enter your "accounting system" to start in Excel
Name / Your article / Category / Modification (color, size) / Quantity / Price / Website link
Using this table, you will soon understand what tool your "shop" needs ".
In order not to dive into impenetrable 1C networks, I advise you to first try something more intuitive, for example My warehouse , by the way, there is even a free account there.
