How to organize gluing styles?

The engine has an array with a list of all styles and scripts for the current page
. They get there from modules and plugins and can have absolutely any combination.
Now files are created with the name, in the form of a hash from an array, and loaded for each page.
The problem is that sometimes there are too many of these files.
Is it possible to organize it in some other way?
