Choosing cms blog+forum?

Good day!
I was faced with the task of creating a website. Of the functionality should be a blog + forum.
But we need full integration of accounts, and preferably with general statistics. It is also necessary to display some statistics from the forum to the main blog. There is also a wish that the header and footer could be made common in order to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the site.
I am faced with a choice:
1) wordpress + asgaros-forum plugin. bbPress, WP Symposium etc.
2) wordpress in conjunction with a third-party forum
3) cms under the code name "X", which I don't know about.
