How to organize full server replication?

Good afternoon. There is a server on BitrixVM 7 hosted by a well-known Russian host.
Periodically, the hoster's Internet channel falls off. It would be desirable that during the unavailability of the main server, the duplicating one was connected imperceptibly for the user. Moreover, so that the changes made on the mirror are automatically transferred to the main server after it becomes available again. Both DB and files.
Is this at all possible in the form that I described? And if so, what tools will be needed?

Theoretically - yes. In practice - you should talk to the hoster, because usually this requires a stable and fast channel (that is, the slower the channel, the later the backup server will detect the loss of the main one and pick up the work)
