How to organize corporate mail?

Hello,
there is a trace. input data.
A microfirm, as many as 2 people, wants to make a "corporate" mail, or 2. At first, there was an idea to make them a regular gmail with a login in the form of their site's domain and not to strain, but they found that all suitable variations were taken, and writing numbers in the login was "unfeng shui ". the person is very feng shui and wants mail with an international domain, his own .com or from a cool service that everyone uses.
Mail with its own domain would be even preferable, but the current hosting is very modest and causes paranoia in one of the clients - a business card site, static, high reliability is not required, and mail is needed for support and reliable work is important, and there are places for attached files few.
those. gmail would just be a good, familiar, convenient option. maybe we'll think about the name, but I want to know about the options.
gmail for work is too monstrous, you only need mail, and therefore they don’t want to pay;
Yandex for domains is not suitable for regional reasons.
Tell me how to link a domain to gmail, or reliable forwarding, or other popular services in the west / in the world.
UPD: greg.wilker.org/setting-up-gmail-for-your-domain-f... seems to have found how you can add a domain without paying for apps for business. I'll try later, but opinions on the topic are still interesting)

And what does not suit you - register your mail domain for free (the one that is the business card site www.Firma.ru) on GMail.com or on Mail.ru and receive and send letters through these mail services? From addresses like [email protected]
https://biz.mail.ru/
Sorry, I made a mistake - GMail has become paid. At work, 7 years ago, we registered a mail domain for free on GMail.com - we still use it for free.

@russum

- Mail on Gmail on their domains has not been free for a long time ...
- The interface on pdd.yandex.ru is in English and works quite well (I recently set up mail NOT in .ru and not from Russia and for a very long time I was looking for how to make it so that the interface was displayed in Russian and not in English by default). The mail itself is also displayed on yandex.COM and not on yandex.RU, so the reason

Yandex for domains is not suitable for regional reasons.
not clear...
