How to organize channel balancing for access to a shared folder?
There is a shared folder on the disk. About 10 users connect to it. If one of them starts downloading a large file, then it eats up the entire channel and everyone else experiences discomfort during work. How can you arrange that if someone downloads 1, then the whole channel is downloaded to him, if someone else is 50% / 50%, if three, then 33% / 33% / 33%, etc.? From the equipment there is a Mikrotik and a winserver.

Solutions:
1.Connect the server to a gigabit/10Gb switch, and users to a 100Mb/1Gb switch.
2. On the server, raise two network interfaces to the local network and configure link aggregation. It is desirable to stick links in different switches.
This is only a partial solution, because all the same, users going to the server on the same link where the active traffic goes will suffer.
3. Moderate your own appetites and do not load the server with extraneous disk activity without urgent need.
4. Forget everything, because the solution of the problem is expensive, and one does not want to infringe on oneself. Yes, and not very critical.
PCQ rules. There is even a Russian manual on this subject: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/%D0%A0%D1%83%D0%BA%...
