Hello! Has anyone experienced registering a business (website) in Europe? The site on the European hosting .com is planned to be registered. Central Asia in the USA and Europe. Interested in the moment of payments, because all the performers, like the founder, are in Russia.

There seems to be a contradiction in the question. If a business is registered in Europe, payments will go to Europe through an agreement with international payment systems.
If there is no question about Europe, but you need to accept international payments in Russia, you can go through an internal agreement in the Russian Federation if your users are not very demanding.
