How to organize automatic password change in outook?

There is a mailbox, the password from it changes a couple of times a month. How to organize automatic replacement of the old password with a new one? VBS, CMD? Basically, outlook 2010 and 2007 is used, exchange is also interested.

Mailbox on which server, how is authentication configured?
Who changes the password?

Where? It is written above that the mailbox is changing.
