How to organize authorization in a wi-fi network through a web form?

Good day!
I immediately confess that I am aware that this topic has been raised more than once on this resource ... But I cannot find a solution, or understand it.
The bottom line is, I need that when choosing my wi-fi network, a window for authorization pops up, after which I get access to the Internet. And I do not need to use a third-party service, I need to implement everything myself.
I'm attaching photos of a working version from a local mall. I need to understand how to implement the same. What should I use? Server? What to set up? What is the exact name of the technology?

Please do not throw stones, I've just been looking for a solution for a week, and all to no avail.

chilispot or any other captive portal. didn't it work?!
in a quick way, you can generally mess up on the rules of the firewall + a little bit of script magic.

As far as I know, your router must support web authorization. If it's not there, then I don't even know.
