There was a following task, it would be desirable to receive the help in its decision.
There is a head office, there are many shops around the city. There is a director, and there are store managers. There are 3-4 points per manager. It is the task of each manager to visit their stores according to the schedule. This schedule is provided in an email in the form of services. Is there any software, preferably online and supporting different operating systems, with the help of which each manager draws up his own schedule in the calendar and sees only his own. And already the director, having opened the general calendar, sees the work schedule of each manager. With the ability to filter - show all, select a personal one. At the same time, each manager could subsequently change his schedule, indicating the reason for the change.
It is also necessary that all this information could be uploaded to xls
. And as an addition, can such a task be implemented on MS sharepoint? If so, what is needed for this or who to contact to do it :)

There is no way on MS sharepoint, but I can do it, you will have a mini-site, logins by the names of managers and a separate login for the director. From the browser, you can simply watch from any device.

Everything you listed makes free Google Calendar. To export from it to xls, you can use free utilities like Gcal2Export.
