Is there a calendar with mass move events for windows or for browser?

I do freelancing. I like to make a complete daily routine in the calendar. Often an event is delayed. Therefore, it is necessary to move all the rest for a while. I tried many calendars, I did not find such a chip anywhere.
It would be ideal to select several events in the form of a “day” with the mouse and drag them a little down. But some dialog option “enter the time by which to shift the selected events” would also work. I'm even ready to put up with a rigid binding to half-hour intervals.
Is there such a calendar for windows or an online service?
PS Now I use Google calendar, it's terrible.

I'm assuming you're just not using the calendar correctly. It is designed to store events rigidly tied to time (for example, an appointment, training, etc.) All other things do not need to be put there manually. This is counterproductive. It is precisely because such a plan never works and things have to be constantly moved during the day, and then the next day. If you like to see the daily routine, take a look at todo manager apps that can display the current to-do list, taking into account the obligatory calendar events. These include, for example, doit.im and MLO.
