How to organize a telegram bot using 1c using a webhook?

Actually, the question is this, there are examples of linking 1c and telegram, but through the GetUpdates method (when you yourself receive data at a certain interval and process it).
I wrote a bot in php using webhook, there is a domain + https + ssl. Everything is working.
But I want to receive data from 1s and through a webhook. How to organize all this in 1s, I don’t understand?
Yes, there is work from the web and you can easily send requests, but I don’t fully understand how this should work?
Here I wrote a script in php -> I put it on hosting -> I wrote setWebhook?url= (link to the file) in the line and everything works. When a message arrives from the user, the bot accesses this php file and the request is processed.
How does it all look in 1s? There is a local computer with 1s, hosting, https and a certificate on it. How to organize work in 1s?
Maybe someone or something similar did, well, or can tell.
