How to organize a small data center in the USA?

It is necessary to create (several hundred servers) a data center in California (or nearby). I can't find the answer to 2 questions:
1) Dedicated Internet channel. Can you throw links to providers in the USA, where prices for leased channels from 10Gbps or more are indicated?
2) Ventilation, cooling systems, etc. Which is better to use for your small data center?

Also look for other big providers in your area.
Speeds in 10Gbit should be discussed with the Sales team.
We use Cogent, they can provide 1Gbps in SF, higher speeds need to be negotiated.

No matter how a few hundred servers are no longer a small data center, there are already significant investments in the infrastructure, okay, when there are half a hundred servers, you can install a home UPS and not bring diesel and do not duplicate cooling, since the risks are not great for equipment.
