How to design a data center with all engineering?

The task was to form a vision of the data center with all engineering systems. There are specialists, but they are drawing board and pencil workers. My subtask is to find a modern product (CAD/CAE/BIM ?) for specialists that will allow them to create a modern electronic project. The maximum task is to have a 3d model, representations in the form of drawings and estimates (or specifications for equipment).
Tried to use ArchiCAD, but the electrical section is extremely limited.
What tool (set of tools) is best suited for this task?
