How to organize a simple collection of small text messages online?

Hello,
the goal is to invite some online audience to share their anonymous little text messages/confessions. So that I can then voice and comment on these messages to the public. Therefore, it is fundamentally important that the sender of his message does not worry about his anonymity (well, not about harsh vpn and proxy speech, but so that there is no difficult registration for a person, etc.).
And it is important that it is technically quite simple for the sender of the message to do this. To make it easier for him than to create a temporary mail and write to me somewhere by email.

Can you please advise which online service can be used to collect such anonymous messages?
Thanks in advance, I always choose Answer-Solution.

Make a one-pager on Tilda, connect Disqus, there, as far as I understand, anonymous people are both allowed and pre-moderated out of the box. Just dig.

Googledoc, share the document and send a link with editing permission.
Or just create a simple form with sending text through the site and a simple password against spammers, or raise cms / wiki and send everyone a single user with a password. But here the aypishnik will light up.

Therefore, it is fundamentally important that the sender of his message does not worry about his anonymity.
Just write to the user on the site that he does not need to worry. And if he is already worried - let him write nothing better.
Also, display his IP address (country and provider) so that he himself assesses the degree of risk, and in case of high risks, immediately offer all available options to minimize them.
