How to organize a server with a gray IP?

How can I organize access to the server from outside with gray IPv4? I heard something about some incomprehensible "private VPN". Don't recommend solutions related to IPv6. I have a second computer with white IPv4.

if there is a computer with white ipv4, then configure port forwarding through it to the internal server

Buy white IP. If the provider does not give white IPs and you cannot change it, buy a VDS and set up port-forwarding there, unless of course it is important to raise the server on this gray IP.
