How to organize a second VPN server behind two routers?

The situation is the following. There is "Mikrotik 1" on which a PPTP server is raised and serves "Network 1" clients, "Mikrotik 2" is connected to it separately (to "Mikrotik 1"), which serves "Network 2" clients, Networks do not see each other. How can I set up Mikrotiki so that, for example, when I log in "Vasya" I get into "Network 1", and when I log in "Petya" into "Network 2"?
Set the motion vector, I can read mana, but I haven’t found something similar on the Internet.

It is not very clear whether users connect from the Internet or from the office (well, you never know)?
It seems to me that you do not need a second VPN.
I don’t have a microt at hand right now, but I’m more than sure that it’s possible to connect VPN users to different interfaces. In this case, you forward the VLAN from 1 microt to 2 and on the 2nd release it to Network 2 . For the "Vasya" user, make a connection not to bridge-local, but to VLAN.
