How to organize a sale in Ionic instead of Google in-app purchases?

There was a big problem with the implementation of Google play in-app purchases using AngularJS, Ionic framework and Cordova plugins. Big, because I tried 4 libraries for organizing purchases for both iOS and Android. Not one did not work ... Checked 1000 times and not only me, code, Google play Developer Console. Everything is installed "according to the instructions" the application is signed, archived and published. Testing - result 0.
Questions:
1) Dear, looking back at your practice of implementing these solutions, is it really so sad ..?
