It's not easier to organize a category in the catalog with the name "VARIATOR" in the category options, set the category image - a picture with numbers, and add products to this category using the standard mechanism.
For products, either turn off the pictures in the template, or turn off the numbers in place of the pictures and everything will be clear to everyone.
