How to organize feedback in ocstore(opencart)?

Good afternoon, I want to organize feedback by email on the site with the CMS "OcStrore" with the Luxury template (author: octemplates). The problem is that the "mail" function in php does not work, I think it's vandal to connect something like phpmailer, because how can I then call this module in the place I need on the site (all sorts of buttons, etc.). I have my own nginx hosting.
There are several options for how to solve the problem:
