Through which service can I organize an online subscription to PDF files, so that these PDFs can only be viewed online and that they cannot be copied, but only printed? Maybe there is a service or modules for WP?

Impossible. You just need to install a special driver for printing to pdf or just catch the link from which the pdf is downloaded.

Anything that can be sent to the printer can be saved as a PDF. Therefore, in nature, there are no solutions that protect a file that can be printed from downloading it to disk.
Regarding paid subscriptions, you can use Joomla and special extensions Cobalt and Emerald. Cobalt article manager, for uploading files, Emerald is a subscription for paid access.
