Good day to all!
How can I organize a donate in an android application so that the user can transfer from anything (bank card, webmoney, paypal, YaMoney, etc.) to my account, and preferably to Yandex.Money?
I heard about the Yandex API, but it seems that you need to register the application there, but how will I register it if it is still under development?

Have you read the developer agreement?
All in-app purchases must go through google play, the application or account will be blocked for violation.
