How to organize a dhcp server on a layer 2 switch?
There is a task, to organize three subnets with dhcp distribution of addresses. There is one mikrotik router, 3 switches, two of which are managed by dlink des 3200-18. The question is whether dlink of this model supports the creation of dhcp, if so, how to do it, if not, is it possible to separate the network according to mikrotik interfaces?

You need to enable DHCP on Mikrotik.
- create 3 virtual interfaces (VLAN)
- specify your address range for each of the interfaces.
- configure DHCP for each of the interfaces
- on the L2 switch, configure the VLAN on the ports
and let's go.

D-Link DES 3200 only supports DHCP Relay, so use the DHCP server that is available on the mosquito.
Make 3 vlans on Mikrotik, an agenda for each of your dhcp servers with their own range.
Trunk forward vlan to managed switches and there already scatter ports on specific vlan.
With unmanaged, you will have to be content with one dhcp range for all ports
